02:34 This has now been resolved. Closed Mon, 23 Mar 2009 13:50:58 GMT Sites hosted on the Windows web server 213.171.218.11 will be unavailable from 23:00 until 00:00 on Tuesday 24th March due to essential maintenance.
Open Sun, 22 Mar 2009 7:23:20 GMT Customers with Windows load balanced websites stored on storage server nas03ent may find that their sites are unavailable at present.

07:26 - This issue is now resolved. Closed Fri, 20 Mar 2009 2:56:48 GMT Some customers may currently be experiencing connection problems when trying to download their emails or view them through webmail.

03:02 - This issue is now resolved. Closed Wed, 18 Mar 2009 2:56:51 GMT Customer's with sites on our Windows platform may find they are currently experiencing intermittent access to their sites.

This is due to some upgrade work that is being carried out on our Windows platform.

04:00 - Issue should now be resolved. Closed Sun, 15 Mar 2009 8:25:17 GMT There will be a period of maintenance for Traffic Driver on March 15th between 08:00 and 13:00 GMT. During this time customers will not be able to access their Traffic Driver control panels.

13:00 - This issue is resolved. Closed Thu, 12 Mar 2009 11:19:59 GMT Customers will currently be experiencing issues with 213.171.218.180

We are investigating the issue and will update this status page as soon as possible.

14:55 - This is now resolved. Closed Wed, 11 Mar 2009 4:58:44 GMT Some customers may currently be experiencing a delay with incoming emails, or be unable to download emails or view them via webmail. Engineers are investigating.

05:10 - This has now been resolved. Closed Tue, 10 Mar 2009 8:15:22 GMT Some customers may have experienced delays in receiving emails this morning. Some emails may have been received but others are still outstanding.

We have now resolved this issue and any missing mails are now being delivered. Closed
